Used to seal a leaky drain pipe on RV. Worked great.

Tricky to unroll and apply. But once in place it seems like a good product. Time will tell as it is on the top edge of my utility trailer.

In 2020 I purchased this tape and gave it a 1-star review, actually I said “zero stars”. Recently purchased 2 more rolls because I need waterproof tape on hand for various projects.The manufacturer appears to have improved the tack on this tape, it’s now so sticky it’s difficult to use.Cut it with a carpet or packing knife, don’t use scissors. Regardless of the directions, which claim the tape can be used underwater, make sure the surface is clean and dry, unroll a length of tape and be sure to remove any residue label paper stuck to the tape. Apply with the color side out, be sure to peel the adhesive protectant paper before applying and press onto the surface. Best applied at 50 degrees F or above. Store the tape inside a heated space, and once the side labels are removed the roll will be very sticky on one side so best to put a sandwich bag on that side as it’ll be easier to remove and protect the remaining roll.We shall see how well this “new” tape works out and how long it lasts. I will update later in 2022.

In my new place ,, the roof has a leak that is letting some water in through around the window ...I had tried caulking and that began to work but once it gets built up it just seeped through.I got this white tape to blend in with the white paint.I had added the tape in criss cross so that it would overlap around the two parts that holes let the water in. I know its going to be a big job for the building to go and fix the roof and I just need it to stop the rain until winter comes and maybe they can come fix it after winter.. hopefully we will get some snow instead of heavy rain. I honestly have not remembered a year that it rained so much as it has this year. we had some great thunderstorms. yesterday it stormed for hours and heavy heavy ... I went and looked and the seal had stopped any water from coming in ... I could tell the water was trying to puddle up underneath . but it did not come through ... I would recommend for a temporary fix it works great.

The adhesive on this is very good! Lost of different applications I used it to cover rustwd nails on my galvanized roofing

I gave it a four star rating only because I have not yet applied it to my project. It looks to be just what I want, however and I trust that it will last a long time.

Wow this stuff seals everything! My dad had some small leaks on the roof of his trailer and the windows were a bit drafty. I had heard great things about this stuff before and decided to give it a shot before moving onto more expensive & time consuming fixes and man was I not disappointed. No more drafts coming through the windows so his electric bill is cheaper and we haven't had a single drop of water come in from the roof. It seems more and more rare now a days to actually get a product that works as well as it claims to but man this stuff is great. I couldn't recommend it enough if you're on the fence about getting it!

Very stick but not very flexible, hard to get into corners

Wir hatten ein winziges Loch in der Wasserzuführung der Waschmaschine. Eigentlich wollte ich schon nach einem Ersatzschlauch greifen, aber die Preise sind ja.... hoppla... Da empfahl mir ein Arbeitskollege das "Panzerband".Es wurde sehr schnell geliefert und wir hatten nach drei Minuten wieder einen einwandfreien Wasserschlauch. Problem gelöst, ist schon seit ein paar Monaten in Benutzung und hält und hält und hält.Habe es letztens mal für ein Paket mit einem teuren Laptop drin benutzt, klebt tausendmal besser als diese komisch braunen aus dem Discounter.

This product works well providing the instructions are followed. It was easy to apply but one must make sure that the surface it is going to stick to is clear of debris. I like the fact that the longer the repair is left, the stronger it becomes. Did a great job on my leaking water butt….Good value.

Was using this to seal 2 pieces of plastic pipe, one slightly bigger than the other, used one piece that overlapped both pipes and itself at the join, didn’t work…..following day added longer piece to fit to pipe and wrap around original piece and then to carry on over to next pipe, still didn’t work…..going to Wickes tomorrow for a fitting!!!

Superb adhesion and waterproofing. Easy to cut to shape and deploy. Good value for money. Stopped my leaky guttering at the first attempt.

Needed something good to perform temporary waterproof repair to plastic split seam on caravan awning. Did a great job. Good For a caravanners spare parts draw as could be used to fix leaks on pipes or joins. Very useful stuff and very strong on application.
