Amazing pain relief!
These are amazing! I wish I would of known about them sooner. They are needle acupuncture press needles. You just leave them in for a one to five hours. Make sure to only get the muscle tissue and make sure it's right on the knot. You will know when you hit it. Lol :[ I teach Zumba and have CKD and use these for my legs and knots in my back when I can't stretch or roll it out. Kind of a last resort, however, I do make sure to do it at least once a month either way. I take no pain medicine as these work amazing for me anyway. I hope you find them to be as beneficial. ;)

Definitely recommended
My life savers. I’ve been chronically suffering from the neck, shoulder and back pain. Applying these small needles on my ear relieves most of my pain gone!Love it!

My acupuncturist uses these after a full session to pro long & enhance the effects of acupuncture.They really work! They say on through sweating at work & hot showers . The needle is very small , yet has mighty benefits !Will reorder again. arrived EXTREMELY QUICK
