This is a great easy way to work out at home! This is for anyone, easy use!

It’s tricky to get on and off, because the unit is so loose. I’m not saying the base will come apart, I just didn’t realize how tricky it would be to get used to the twisting, and stepping on/off of it. Make sure you hold onto a table or chair when you do get on it/off it, till you get used to it. I would not have my bare feet on it though, the nubs are too hard, plus I have two bone spurs in each heel, so shoes are better. And as you can see, the little metal nubs are coming off, and one already has, which I threw out. So if you have kids or animals, make sure you find them before they do, or it will be an expensive trip to the vet or hospital. I think my reasoning for a four star review, is the little metal pieces coming off, and it’s tricky to get on and off. If your unsteady on your feet, like me, be careful, and having shoes on might be better then socks, or barefoot.
