Our starting point is the parking place at the church of the village of Kematen (610m), about 10 km west of Innsbruck, for a demanding 80km long tour with 16% ascents. The tour leads through the beautiful and quiet Sellrain village along the "Melach" mountain stream to Sellrain (908m) and further on to the road to Gries am Sellrain (1,187m) getting steeper and steeper. After a short time along the Zirmbach we reach the mountain village of Sankt Sigmund in Sellrain (1,513m). From here it is only a few kilometers to the Kühtai saddle at a sea level of 2,017m with fantastic views to the surrounding mountain peaks of the Stubaier Alps. Then we ride on a small road through a wonderful mountain landscape. We pass to the right of the Langental-Speichersee and ride downhill at 16%; after about 18km we reach the village of Oetz (812m) in Ötztal with an historic heart to the village. Shortly after the entrance to Oetz we take a short left bend and start again with the sweat-inducing return to Kematen. Distance: approx. 81 km Length: 184 Minutes
