A little tricking at the beginning, but sticks well after apply it to the wall
The only real challenge I had with this was getting the backing off to reveal the sticky part. So many times, I had to be careful not to remove both at the same time, as it was hard to find a corner to get started. I am very happy with the result. P.S. I cut a few of the pieces to get the desired pattern. Just used a straight edge and a box cutter.

Unimpressed
Didn't really notice any reduction in the amount of noise coming from a shared wall with my neighbors.

Not thick enough for any real sound dampening...look nice
These look nice however have very few acoustical dampening properties. Maybe a little off the super high end. Better than nothing but significantly worse acoustically than most.

Very sturdy
I am incredibly cheap so when I started soundproofing my basement, I decided to get a mix of tiles based on price. I got these at a good price, but they are the nicest ones I have used so far. They are very dense, yet lightweight. This makes them much more sturdy and stable. I really like the honeycomb style shape as well. They have adhesive already applied to the back. All I had to do was peel off the paper backing and stick them to the wall.

Check your adhesion
Definitely noticed in acoustics difference when they were up. The hexagons really dampened the echo from the room, which would help when I record.I placed half of them up on the office wall and made sure to really press on the hexagon for adhesion. Definitely noticed in acoustics difference when they were up. The hexagons really dampened the echo from the room, which would help when I record. But a few hours later, 5 of them fell off -- landing on my computer case and adhesive side down on the wood floor. It was a pain to get it off from both and actually ended having to replace my hard shell case for my computer. Also, be mindful when you start peeling the back as you may peel the adhesive with the wax backing. There may be a point to where I just put nails through them to they can stay on the wall without questionable adhesive.

Looks good, but doesn't adhere to the wall well
The panels look great on the wall and are lightweight. The adhesive that comes for hanging the panels is absolutely terrible. Does not stick to the panels, but did stick to the walls so well that when I tried to remove them it destroyed the paint on our bedroom wall. Got blisters on 4 fingers trying to remove the tape without doing further damage to our walls. Do yourself a favor and use command strips instead, unless you plan to repaint in case you need to take the panels down

Ruined my wall
The adhesive would not come off the wall when I removed the panels. I used goo-gone and spent hours scrubbing but it would still not come off

smaller than expected
Be sure to double-check the size of this item. It is smaller than I anticipated. I may need to order more to do what I had intended to do.
