Works but a pain to hook them together.

This stencil set is fairly nice. I got it to give the grandkids something to do. The plastic seems a bit thin, as though it could tear if handled roughly. It would have been helpful if it came with a few instructions as to how to hook the letters together. I used isopropyl alcohol to wipe off the permanent marker, and then rinsed the letters with water. They cleaned off well.

It was a bit tricky getting them lined up, but I used tape and when I was done, I was very happy with the results. Now, I find myself looking for things to stencil! Fun!

We purchased this stencil set for our 7-year old grandson. He has used them a number of times. They are reasonably-priced and come with all alphabet letters, numbers 1-10 and some symbols. They are hand washable. They are a bit thin and therefore, bend too easily. I would recommend this as a good stencil set.

I like the size. It makes it easier to trace. I used them to help make signs for our running and horse trails, but they can also be used to stencil house numbers etc. Easy to use and secure for proper tracing. Fairly thick and durable sheet. Handy aid for me.

Nice stencil set. I love using random numbers, letters and symbols in my artwork. I have a few “backgrounds” that I tried these out with and they all work wonderfully. Even when I don’t have a flat surface and get funny edges I don’t mind, just know that those are NOT the fault of the stencils at all, but of my uneven surface treatments that I chose to stencil over.These stencils are a good thickness. I could interlock them to make words if I want to. The amount of material around each digit is plenty for paint “overage” when brushing over the stencil.I am pleased that I have these in my toolbox as a way to alter surfaces and add interest to my work. For this many stencils including so many symbols they are at a very reasonable price point.I’m very happy with them.
