The amount of sugar and cinnamon with each grind are just perfect. The addition to anything you want to have a hint of sweetness and spice is great with a twist or two especially to meats that are to be grilled or barbecued. I am reminded of my childhood when I sprinkle a grind or two on my morning toast, English muffin or oatmeal. Be careful to use only a grind or two at first, you can easily over do it. Addition to a good sugar cookie is a wonderful treat after school or work. I hope they continue to offer this item since a sugar and spice grinder can be very difficult to find in the grocery store.
