I love this kit and use it every day. Everything is well made abs just what I needed. I highly recommend it.

I requested this set as I have always just used bowls to proof my dough and I was curious, to be honest. This kit included many tools to let me explore aspects of bread making that I was not as familiar with but have enjoyed using and found to be more effective than just relying on my mixer. The baskets are made of this very durable natural material and I like not having to oil the liner, unlike my bowls. The tools allowed me to play more with designing the loaves and multiple blades ensuring that I will not have to replace them anytime soon. The baskets are great they are a bit on the smaller side meaning that I can't proof a double batch in a single basket as they overflow the basket - I tried once :D But this also let me speak to the fact that the liners are very easy to clean and didn't shrink when washed. The whisk was a first for me it does make incorporating the flour a great deal easier than I have experienced before in baking. I do think the set is quite worth the price as it includes utensils that purchasing them individually would far outweigh the price of the set.I am very happy with using and learning more about baking with this set and I recommend it both for your own use or as a gift.

I have had a curiosity about making bread lately so I ordered this to give it a try. I like this kit for a first time user. The utensils work nicely and the bread proofing baskets work as well. The set comes with 2 different size baskets which are for smaller loaves but they do work great. Everything is easy to clean as well which is always a bonus.

We’re really enjoying these natural rattan bread proofing baskets. They are made extremely well and appear that they’ll last for the long term. This set is especially helpful because it comes with a dough whisk, bowl scraper, dough scraper, 10” round and oval baskets (really good quality), cloth liners, bread lame and multiple razor blades (so you can make your custom design into the bread). Basically this kit has everything you need except the starter (which you can see in our photo). This set may seem a bit on the expensive side, but we’ve tried other bread proofing kits and the baskets aren’t nearly as good as these. As a result, we’re very happy with this set and wholeheartedly recommend for your bread baking adventures.
