easy cleam steam mop
I have only used this twice as I have only just received the steam mopI haven't had a chance to use the accessories yet it seems easy to use for straight forward tiled kitchen floorI look forward to using the accessories for the extra choresI have given it four stars because I haven't had it long enough to see how adequate it tends to be over a long period of timeThe delivery was very quick & the packaging more than adequateSylvie CollinsSylvie Collins

Great steam mop great price. Bonus u can use it to do other things apart from floors with all the attachments

Works for carpets but not on floors, leaves them really wet
It does steam well with carpets. But just leaves the floor really wet. I would say it is for carpets and probably other textures but not for floors.

I have had an easy clean for a long time
I have had an easy clean for a long time. My old one gave up the ghost and I was very pleased to replace with the same make as it had given me years of good use.

Not a sturdy handle
The mop worked well for 5 times. Next time used the handle snapped at the joint. Very disappointed only had it a month.
