My son has been suffering with eczema all his life and after trying all the steroid creams, tablets and UV light therapy, we decided to go the alternative route and tried a homeopath to do a blood test and find out which elements are missing in his diet. Magnesium, Zinc and Selenium are important for skin health and therefore we were looking for a supplement that has all these in it. This product from Lamberts contains all of these and many more. My son has been taking it for about a month now and his skin looks better than it ever has before (also dietary restrictions). Very happy with this and will continue buying it again.

Not much else to say -- they give me the mega-multi dose of minerals that I want. I take with a mega-multi vitamin tablet.
