Thin, but surprisingly warm.
Its pretty thin, but it keeps you surprisingly warm. I wore this over my witch costume last year. Its pretty long, but I'm also 5'4. The hood is pretty good at staying in place even with a breeze. I really recommend it.

A half step up from a garbage bag
If you only need this piece for a costume for maybe a weekend at most, then I guess this is worth the money. It is so cheaply made that I have no doubt that it will start unraveling today, a day after it arrived. I just hope we make it through the weekend's production without it completely coming apart.
