STRYD Running Power Meter

Purchased this for my wife who coaches and runs a club. She loves it! Really good tool if you wish to move your running to another level. Gives the ability to anilise every performance aspect of your run or exercise and provides information as to where performance can be improved. Excellent customer service with really helpful and knowledgeable staff who are not just interested in selling a product but are genuinely interested in improving their products and assisting athletes to reach their goals. Highly recommended.

Great idea but there are far too many technical problems. The device kept losing contact with my iPhone and the runs were not saved. Support just told me it was a know issue. That’s not really very helpful.Brilliant support from amazon who fully refunded.

I absolutely love the stryd pod. Since finding 'power' as a running metric, it's been a revelation. I used to work really hard running up hill and then being gassed afterwards. Power helps you pace your effort effectively so that you can run more consistently.

Absolutely amazing but of kit wouldn’t be without it now on every run 🏃‍♂️ especially for distance accuracy very easy to set up and battery 🔋 lasts a good week

The product has arrived dirty! It looks like someone has been out for a run with it already! I bought this as a new product, not used. Please help Amazon, really not what I expected.

Excellent product and very accurate.

I've been running with this for over a month now and it's just amazing.Training by heart rate is just frustrating due to the lag. You slow down then speed up and repeat and gets frustrating for beginners. Training by power minimises any lag.And training by pace is only as accurate as your gps.I use with my Garmin 245 watch, it's a bit complicated to set up but once you do, you don't need to do it again. Check to see if it's compatible with your watch and phone as you need the phone app.Only problem is I would prefer if the desktop app could do everything the phone app could do but the desktop app lacks key features.Battery has lasting over 30 days for me so far and I still haven't charged it yet since initial charge.If it ever dies, will probably buy a new one and recommend to any one who has spare cash, loves stats and loves running.

Have been using for stryd for a couple of months now and it has been perfect. Keeps me running on the uphills and when I feel tired near the end of a long run I can keep an eye on my power output and that keeps me going. Cycling people have been using power output for years and runners can now do the same.
