The leaves are roasted in a bamboo basket and heated over burning firewood. How to brew our Lapsang Souchong Black Loose Tea: 2.5g (1 tbsp) per cup, infused into 95c boiling water for at least 3-5 minutes. Can enjoy with or without milk.
