Many of us have back problems and learn to live with them as best as possible. Lately I have been doing a lot of work at the computer, and have a lot of things I still need to complete. This has required prolonged sitting, even though I know better. Not surprisingly, I have had a lot of discomfort. When this was offered on a Lightning Deal, I figured I had little to lose by giving it a try. It arrived in the early afternoon yesterday, so I cannot yet speak for how it will hold up over time. I immediately put it on my office chair, and worked the rest of the afternoon and much of the evening. I had no discomfort as I was working. But, what was truly amazing to me, is that when I awakened this morning I had none of the back, buttock, or leg discomfort that has bothered me every day for several weeks.Will that last? I do not know. But, if I am able to complete my current project, this will be one of the better purchases I have made in some time. It fits the office chair fine, as well as my recliner. I like that it has a removable, washable cover, along with a handle to easily carry it from house to car to any place else where prolonged sitting might be required.

This cushion is big and thick. way bigger than i expected, which is fine. The cushion is made with hard memory cushion. its shape will not change when i sit on it ( i m 110 lbs). i put it on my car seat. it's kinda hard but fairly comfortable and it allows me to sit up higher in the car. the cushion cover is soft fleece-like fabric. This will probably correct your sitting position if you have back problem. anyway, i like it very much.

Loving it. Very comfortable, sturdy, and worth the money. I'm pretty rough on my things, and this is holding up well. I sit on it quite often and notice it helps me to sit up straight. Sometimes I also use it to stand on when my feet are sore at work. I take this just about everywhere.

The seat cushion provides me with relief from lower back issues that remain after repair of a ruptured disk, but don’t expect it to replace a firm cushion of a chair or sofa. It is not large enough for that, nor does the seller say that it is. It does what it is repressed to do. For that, a good tool.

I love this cushion but, since I have a long 48 year history of back problems, I do understand how what might work for one person may not be suited for another. This cushion has relieved the stiffness in my back that I get after sitting for a half hour or more. I got the first one while convalescing at home and decided I needed another for work once I was able to return. From my experience the cushion might not work well with all chairs. I do not have a car so I cannot speak to how well it does on a car seat. BUT it is working for me. I am grateful for that.
