Good product, does what it advertises. Sadly I didn’t have any of those satisfying wormy looking puss things coming out of my skin like many of the videos but there was lots of oil. I was disappointed the exfoliating head didn’t exfoliate, I was still left with flaky skin at the end. It was super satisfying using it to pop spots and much more painless than trying to squeeze or pick them. Nice clear camera/image, suction power is INTENSE on the highest setting so be warned!! I was left with bruises all over my face after using it on the highest suction setting and it was also painful using this setting but the lower settings weren’t doing anything at all. Probably a product I’ll use for popping spots but that’s about it as I didn’t see/feel any benefits from it however I will continue to use it for now to see if my skin looks/feels any different over time.I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of heads it comes with, many of them I’d say are unnecessary tho and a waste of plastic. For example the small, medium, large hole and the exfoliator basically do the same job (I prefer the large head) but I was impressed that they thought about making a slanted head to fit around the creases of your nose however I’d say the head and hole for this is too big and would benefit from a much smaller one, I was struggling to get suction around my nose due to it being too big.This is a good solid piece of equipment (much bigger in size than I imagined) with fantastic suction and a great camera! Very easy to use and if you don’t want to use the camera function it works on its own without the app so you can use it in front of the mirror for a speedier routine.Nice, clean packaging but be warned those heads fly out of the box when you open it so open it carefully so you don’t lose any. (Would have preferred either a tighter tray around the heads so they fit firmly in the box or a drawstring bag to keep them together.)

I found the instructions to be inadequate. Although the device was able to extract some impurities from my pores, it was not very effective. My wife and I used the correct heads for specific parts of our face, but we still ended up with bruises that did not fade overnight. The instructions warned against keeping the device in one spot for too long, which we were careful to avoid. However, the bruises persisted even after 24 hours, despite the instructions stating that they would resolve themselves. Following my experience, my wife followed the instructions even more carefully than I did, but still ended up with bruises on her face.We were impressed with the smart bud ear cleaner and decided to purchase this device as well. However, in hindsight, we feel that we could have bought a peel-off facemask instead, which would have been cheaper and more effective, without bruising.

Works very very well eccelant machine if you need 1 I'd say this one as you can use the camera with it

I bought this as I kept spending money on hydrafacials. I love the camera and being able to watch what comes out. Super satisfying.My advice is to use it when you don’t have any plans for a couple days or just cover any bruising with makeup. On my first try I did it a bit too long so have a bruising streak on my cheek but then sped up and have no bruising elsewhere. So I’ve learnt how to do it properly. Just go quick with it and go back over if you need to. Remember it’s sucking your skin tight so is bound to bruise if you do it too slowly. My skin feels like a baby’s bottom and I love that I have this part of my skincare routine now.

I really liked the camera feature and the ability to take pictures/record to track progress, however even when I was really careful, the device caused bruising and skin irration for me, I do have sensitive skin. I have returned item.

Cannot view camera on Android does not remove blackheads as stated very disappointed waste of money
