The media could not be loaded.  love this machine!the design is very fancy and accommodates my home nicely.I like that the filtered water dispenses very fast and comes with a tray water catcher and cup holder for dispensing, hot or cold water.It comes with a 3 separate filter system and is probably the easiest filters to remove yet.after a couple of weeks with the unit, I can surely say I am satisfied with it and will recommend the product since it offers crisp fresh drinking water, capsule coffee dispenser as well as loose tea or loose coffee dispenser.I reached out to customer service support for a very simple question I had, and it was such an easy process, and a pleasure speaking to them.The device was very easy to install and overall I grade this unit with a 10/10 and A+.I highly recommend it for every home or business!

I love this water filter. I got this behind a water sediment filter and it's working out perfect. The sediment filter is filtering out the big particles coming straight from the pump and water tank and then it's going through this for extra filtration. This thing is super easy to hook up and whether you have City water or well water this thing would be useful and just about any situation. The way the world is nowadays you can't have to clean water. Overall I highly recommend this and is well worth the small price paid for a piece of mind on cleaner and healthier water

Installing this filter to the cold water line under the sink is way easier than I initially thought it was going to be. Basically, shut off the valve to the cold water line and remove the existing cold water hose to the faucet. Then attach the inlet line to the cold water valve and then plug the line into the respective inlet of the water filter. Then attach the outlet line from the filter, and here's where it gets really simple, and attach the other end to the existing cold water hose to the faucet. My mistake was thinking 1) the filter didn't come with the appropriate adapter and 2) I need to go buy the appropriate adapter. When all you need to do is take the hose coming out of the filter and screw it to the cold water hose you just unscrewed from the cold water valve. That all aside, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't notice any significant drop in water pressure. The water coming out of the faucet has absolutely no order or taste. At this point that's good enough for a 5 star rating. What I can't comment on is how long the filter lasts, other than the self described 22,000 gallons, or how much is actually being filtered. But since it has removed the previous taste from the water I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

Great to system. Easy to use and operate. Makes pure clean water and can produce quite abit of it in a day. Has one of the best waste water to clean water ratios out there for an ro unit. You can mount it under your sink fairly easy or get you a faucet adapter and hook it up that way. Really a great product.

I would like to review how well the product works, however, it just leaked all over our brand new coffee table. Finally got all of the connections and everything assembled. Turned it on for the first time and all of the external connections are fine and dry. After about 2 minutes of letting it run and fill, we noticed the leaking. I'm pretty sure everything it pumped in is now all over my new coffee bar and the floor. Thankfully I did waterproof the top so that won't be ruined.All of the filters are in good condition and the connections I can see in that area also appear to be secure and dry.Update: After several weeks of back and forth with their customer service, they admitted that it is an internal part that is malfunctioning and offered to send parts for me to fix the system. This didn't sit well with me as asking your customer to fix your faulty equipment, especially if you don't know their level of mechanical competency, is not wise. There is far greater risk of other damage being done and the opportunity for them as the seller to void the warranty.

This is a nice filter. It was easy to install. It accommodates hot and cold water, it dispenses the water pretty quickly.I waited a few weeks to make sure that it would continue to be great and put out fresh tasting water, and it is still going strong, the water is just as fresh as it was the first few days.I am very happy that I found this and how well it works.This is great for any small office and perfect for at home.

The problem with these type of filters is you never really know how well they are actually working to filter your water. They could be or could be doing nothing either way I wouldn't know. So although it seemingly great who really knows
