Love this back stretcher. It relieves my tired and achy back before I go to bed. It helps to relieve the stress my back gets from the day when standing on my feet too long or sitting too long in one place. it puts my back right into alignment !

Definitely relievsback pain
This item is very versatile in use. Besides lying down with it under my back, I also use it in the chair to help improve posture which relieves and helps prevent pain. Very durable - certainly will not flatten.

Hard as a Rock!!!
The description on my phone was "soft". Let me tell you, this is NOT soft. It's hard as a rock. Buy only if you are looking for a torture device. I couldn't lay on it at all. And certainly no one could use it as a pillow!

Though this product is helping my back it didn’t come with any instructions or tips. It would have been nice to know how long to do, tips for getting use to it. It is harder than a thought it would be, but not bad.
