Honestly, bought for using castor oil with for wrist. Trying to find something for the wrist. Since not finding a wrist specific one thought I would alterate this. Haven't done that yet.

I like the convenience of these, however they could use a layer on the exterior or between the layers to keep the oil from coming through.I would suggest wrapping some plastic wrap around the pack in order to protect anything you may come in contact with.

I have been putting castor oil/ cayenne pepper on spider veins every night. This pack has worked great to keep my flannel in place!

You really have to wrap it tight to stay up on the calf.

Won't ever ever ever buy again.

I absolutely love these for so many reasons. First, the comfort level is ideal, especially because I sleep with these on. I love that they can get smaller areas like arms, legs, and I've even wrapped my foot with one. I definitely feel less pain after using them on tightened muscles. I haven't had the oil stain anything while using these pads. I highly recommend them.

 These wraps do not leak oil, which is the my first concern. Unlike many wraps, these have two buttons for each strap. That extra button on each strap makes the strap more secure. I can choose to use both buttons or choose to use only one. I like the 2 pack of wraps since I usually want to treat both of my calves to castor oil at the same time.

What is great about these is that you can use it for a bunch of different areas and not just the stomach. Castor oil is beneficial for all areas of the body, and these help it absorb so much easier.
