This hands down the best magnesium rub..EVERRR! I have purchased a couple times now because my whole family loves it and got my relative on to it now. I’ve have tried many and most did not do anything for me or made me itch. This instantly relaxes my legs and arms. I had restless legs the other night and instantly relaxed them. It does not feel greasy and is quickly absorbed. I love the smell it’s calming and relaxing. I do wish it was a tad cheaper because we go through it pretty quick. But I will not use anything other than this because nothing can beat it.

Was searching for a non medication alternative to help calm some anxiety and trouble falling asleep that my son was experiencing. I myself am super sensitive to mineral depletion and found supplementing with magnesium helps me feel WAY more calm and balanced. Saw this in a mom group and tried it. Helped immediately! We apply to soles of feet and back. The scent is mild and pleasant- I think it's lavender? My boys say it definitely helps- has also been great for muscle fatigue and soreness from playing travel soccer as well as Growing pains.
