Croston Corn Mill 20kg Mixed Poultry Corn *50/50 Mix* + Soya Oil

Our 4 chickens love this mix. No dust or rubbish. They gobble up every morsel. Excellent service and delivery.

My hens couldn't get enough of this stuff! I've tried other corn mixes before and they haven't been that interested, so I wouldn't have bought another, but I was forced to rethink my options when there were no chicken pellets available anywhere when I tried to order, due to a national shortage caused by the global pandemic.So it was a lack of choice that made me try this corn mix ("under sufferance") but I am actually delighted with it and will be re-ordering. I thought my chickens would have turned their beaks up at it, especially given that in the weeks before, they were living off kitchen scraps, oats, peas and sweetcorn. They love sweetcorn as a treat, but had it a bit more often lately because I couldn't find chicken pellets anywhere. I wasn't too hopeful then, after this rich diet, that the hens would take to a corn and grain mix, but they did. They loved it and still do, days later.I try not to give my rabbits grain - preferring them to eat grass/hay and some rabbit nuggets and vegetables, but they loved this corn mix too: they kept stealing it. The wild birds in the garden enjoyed it as well. It attracted robbins and wood pigeons especially.Unlike other corn mixes I have tried, this one is very clean - not dusty - and has lots of corn in it. It comes in a very tough clear plastic sack (bag) and that is packed in a large cardboard box for transport.Side note: I have 7 ex-battery hens and 3 rabbits who all share a 12ft x 12ft run. They have separate coops/hutches to sleep in and I try to separate them in the actual run, but they always seem to end up in together, despite my efforts to try and keep them apart.Last but not least, the corn mill that provides this product provides an excellent service. They managed to get a sack to me next day, even during the coronavirus pandemic, so top marks to them for that. I was given a 1 hour delivery slot and it came on time. It is very well packaged as well in a very tough bag.

Searched for mixed corn that had the 50/50 for my chickens and was so pleased to find that someone made it - Thank you Croston Corn! Great quality, fresh, smells great and the chickens love it and eat every bit up.
