I got these hearing aid cleaners for my Mother in laws hearing aids, which were three and a half thousand pounds, and they never mentioned anything about cleaning them with these tiny wax guards because if they had we wouldn't have purchased them....as they are too fiddly for her. But, if you don't use them they do fill with wax and she can't hear.So l was delighted to see these and try them out but unfortunately at 1.5mm they were too big.They product itself is great there are plenty there they are well packaged and a great price..... had they fitted they would have been perfect.I presumed they would be a universal size, so do check as it would appear these do come in different sizes.
