good price and strong arch support, take a day or two to settle but all good from them on.

Orthotic insole
I haven't used them yet. They are soft and seem supported. The orange as shown in the picture provided is a hard plastic. Hopefully comfortable with my weight pushing down on it.

These are honestly well worth the money. Some people find them a bit hard at first but they break in. I bought a set in the sale and put them in my work boots. I'm on my feet 9 hours around 30-40 thousand steps per day.i weigh 18-19 stone To find insoles that can cope with that much abuse is hard . I bought another 2 pairs since
