Great saw. Cuts quick and does the job

This is my first purchase of a mini chainsaw and I saw this brand, Troozy, being used by a YouTuber I follow. I just had to get it! I'm usually hesitant of cordless power tools thinking they don't have the true power needed to live up to their corded ancestors. I have been very pleased so far. I've used it to cut palm fronds which can be quite fibrous and challenging and it does remarkably well. My neighbor saw me and was curious so I let him try it out too. He loved it after he trimmed away a few oak branches. Battery life is excellent too and the LED status light tells you how much charge you have remaining. Love that the kit comes with a nice case and everything you need to get started including an extra chain and a total of two 21v batteries. It would have been nice to have a little can of bar oil included. The gloves are rather flimsy so I am using leather gloves instead to have a bit more safety in using it. All said I am enjoying using it!

50 bucks for mini chainsaw, spare chain, 2 batteries. Blown away. Have couple of acres, really amazed how well it works. No auto oiling, so I use a small travel container for Bar Oil. Has to be readjusted every 5 or 10 minutes, but only takes 10 seconds. Used to cut about 100 3-6" limbs, still buttery smooth with clean cuts. 100s more smaller cuts. Just batteries for most devices cost more than this entire kit. Very happy. This has kept my Stilh in the shop the last 2 jobs.

Used it many times already works great! Battery stayed charged for a nice long time! Very happy with this! The only thing bad I could say about it is no place for the bar oil you have to rub it on but it still works great! Highly recommend this!

I got this thing in the winter, and have been itching to try it out!!! Well, I finally did with the yard clean up and pruning and cutting bushes, trees and dead rose bushes!!! I really don't know how I did without something awesome like this tool!!!! It is Awesome!!! made things a breeze and very enjoying to use!!! Battery lasted long time, I didn't even deplete it!! Can't wait to take camping to help with wood for our fire pit!

The media could not be loaded. I picked up this saw to cut small limbs and branches around my property. In the video I posted it took no time to cut through 5" of hard hickory and the other picture was of a cut through 6" oak.Keep the chain oiled and it'll keep cutting great. Battery life is exceptional. I'll be picking up a few more for gifts.

Wasn't expecting much from this saw but was surprised. It cut some 4" branches with ease. You have to have your own oil (what they give you is on my opinion, worthless) for the chain but other than that it's a great tool! You do have to respect it and don't just think it can't cut you. Battery last a long time which surprised me as well. More I haven't had it very long so I'll update if problems come up.

I sent this back due to the battery packs did not light up as indicated in the description of this product. I couldn’t tell when batteries were charged or when they would eventually need charging. So not sure if the batteries were faulty or the charger. The battery once on the tool did rotate the blade, however again no indication of the battery power level, so sent it back.
