I got very lucky with this faucet. Budget is tight these days, and noticed one of my faucets was dripping. A good, steady drip. I’m on a well, so there’s no water meter here, but a drip like that is still a waste of water. Had to fix it! The price of everything has gone up including basic faucets, but I needed a new one stat! After a lot of searching, found this one, but it was kind of expensive for my budget. Well, they had a used one and the description said there was cosmetic damage, but it was $25. Ok, this I can afford (on top of all the other overpriced things I have to pay for this month!) But will it work? Will it stop the drip? I took a chance on it because it matches my other faucets, and I could not beat the price. Got it today and installed it immediately. I am very happy with it! I got the shiny chrome, and am happy to report it does not leak. I did use a little plumbers grease on the threads of the incoming water lines, tightened by hand until it stopped, then a 1/4 turn with the pliers. Not leaking and I’ve tested it several times, both hot and cold water. Now the big plastic screws that hold the faucet to the sink were too shallow for my sink, when fully attached, the faucet was loose, jiggling around, and not properly seated. I improvised. I took the rubber gaskets from the new faucet, and the big plastic screws from the old faucet, and put em together, and it fit perfectly. Seated on the sink flawlessly. It’s a bit shorter than I wanted, but hey, what do you want for $25? The goal was to fix the drip, and this faucet did just that. The pressure is excellent, and I love that it swivels because my old one was stationary. It looks very nice, especially after it was installed, I cleaned and wiped everything up real good. Perfectly working sink and it looks nice too! I’m so happy with this and I hope it lasts. I have a kitchen faucet I put on two years ago with similar ceramic cartridges, and it has worked perfect so I hope this one does too. If it lasts a month without leaking, I will go ahead and get 4 more for my other outdated sinks. That way they will all match and will really be a nice upgrade for my humble home. I ordered this to replace my bathroom faucet that had started leaking. When it arrived it was missing 2 little parts (but I must say that the shipping and packing was the best I have ever seen when ordering from Amazon). In any case, I sent an email to cinwiny and asked about the missing parts. They replied super fast and sent out an entire new faucet complete with all the parts. And, on top of that they called me to confirm that I received the replacement. Above and beyond and truly a display of a company that wants their customers happy. Thank you very much! The faucet itself was an easy install and looks very nice. Handles move easy and the faucet moves from side to side as designed.

Edit: The manufacturer reached out to me and gave me easy and clear instructions on how to fix the problem (pop off the colored rubber piece and tighten set screw). Excellent customer service.Looks great and easy to install. Only lasted a few months before the hot side handle became very loose and wobbly.

I needed a new set for a guest bathroom, and these fit the style and color I needed. This is not quite the set to get if you are doing a "fancy" remodel, but I have to say for my needs this really fit the bill. The arched faucet makes it easy to use in my small space, and the swivel gives an extra level of practicality. I don't really need a stopper all that often so really liked this option of push drain stopper, instead of having to install separate line to a push / pull handle.Installation went along quite easily, and the water flow is excellent, and looks great. So for the right space I can't imagie there are many sets out there that are a better bang for the buck.

I ordered one of these faucets and unfortunately it came defective. I got in touch with the vendor through Amazon and their service was great. After troubleshooting they approved a replacement which was shipped immediately. We received the new one and it worked perfectly. It’s a beautiful design and works great.

It looks great and it has great water pressure, but we only had it installed for about a month and it got loose so I hand tightened it. A few hours later I used it and when I shut it off, water started pouring everywhere under the sink. Turns out the threads snapped which caused the water line to come off and spray water everywhere. Stuff I had under the sink got ruined and we had to move the vanity to get the floor dry so we wouldn’t get mold. Save yourself the headache.
