I’m a very critical dental professional and can’t speak highly enough about this rinse. Use a tiny amount nightly before bed. I don’t love the flavor but it’s tolerable. I swish for 60 seconds, spit, then brush after. Use the Ultra for everyday, the MR for burning mouth, dry mouth or if you’re prone to canker sores or to relieve symptoms from chemo. Use the concentrate at a 1:9 ratio in a waterpik or water flosser.

I am trying this mouthwash on recommendation of my dental hygienist, replacing another brand mouthwash. It has not been long enough to see if there is an improvement in my dental health. I can say that the taste is rather unpleasant, but not intolerable. My mouth doesn't seem as fresh, and not sure there was any change in breath. I will wait until my next dental appointment for a verdict, but since it very expensive, will not continue if there is not a marked improvement.

Absolutely the best for good oral hygiene. Gentle flavor, and no alcohol.

Update: No the second product I recieved and sent back was different than the first and third product. I'm not certain what I recieved in the second bottle of Utra. I did go with a different flavor this time than before. It tasted like it should a mint flavor with a slight iodine flavor. Im actually still mad that I was sent something that wasnt mouthwash in my second order labeled as mouthwash. This needs to addressed and fix at a factory level. It was sealed. Thank goodness I haven't had any adverse effects so far from the second bottle. I'm still not giving them a 5 star again after I was sent something that wasn't mouthwash. The product is good when you get actual mouthwash. But everyone needs to be aware that I recieved something that wasn't mouthwash labeled and sealed as mouthwash.I've bought the ultra before and the taste isn't good, but did have an iodine taste that was tolerable. I was getting low so I bought it again. It arrived and l tried it. And it has the most bitter gasoline nastiness I've put in my mouth. I'm wondering if I may have even got a fake product or a bad batch. It fizzled up and I had to rinse my mouth several times before I could brush my teeth again. I even dilute half of the mouthwash cap to a whole water pik. And honestly I could still taste it. This will absolutely be going back. It's a decent product when you get the right one.
