I like this item. I think it will make one loose inches but i don't know for sure as i have only started using it,less than a week but it feels effective, the thing i like about it is that it pushes my big tommy in, so long as you can hold your tommy tight and tie your tommy up, what can i say? I like it, whether it burns the fat or not, as long as it holds my tommy inside, i am happy. In fact, i ordered one more for a friend. If it wasn't good, i would not be ordering more. Nope. Go for it, i don't think you will regret it. Is it discreet under clothes? Yes, 94% if wearing just like under blouse but if wearing clothes and then jackets of course yes but even if people notice you are wearing something it doesn't really matter, it's smooth over your stomach anyway. Well, i like it and will recommend it 100%. It doens't fold, it's not that high to get to the heights where it will start folding and it is very good height it covers the lower part of your abdoment.I measured it with my tape, it's 19cm so good height.The velcro part is the bits i like most, it's not the same 19cm. It's about 10.5cm as you can see on the diagram and is on the end of the belt so you don't have to struggle with the whole height of the belt at the end when doing it. it's very comfortable to fasten and the belt itself is very comfortable, no pins or any discomforts from anywhere. I wear mine to church, i sit for hours with it, and yet no discomfort.The material is almost like a rubber, very elastic but solid.UPDATE: Today is 18/11/2015 and i am still using this item, still same as the first time and day i bought it. This is almost 3yrs now that i bought it. Very effective. I sweat a lot with it. I go to gym with it, i take a walk with it and i sweat. It's really beautiful. Still the same, no tears, no nothing. I like this item. The best part of this item which i haven't found in others is that it doesn't start folding up or crimpling up and down when wrapping it around you. The best, i think. It works for me. And it doesn't smell of rubber or anything. Very comfy.

Buono, fa il suo lavoro, i risultati si vedono con il tempo. Anche se la facia si usa per stare in casa quando si fanno le facciende si suda abbastanza. La fascia ti aiuta anche a riaddrizzare la postura. Prodotto consigliato.

mettetela mentre fate sport se la tenete su mentre non fate sforzi è inutile, si allaccia molto bene e rimane al suo posto la potete stringere anche parecchio senza che si sfili

ho dato 2 stelline perché non molto sodisfatto ti tiene per il momento che ce l'hai addosso ma poi gli effetti scompaiono in poco tempo non mi e piaciuta troppo doppia pensavo che era più sottile sotto i vestiti si nota un po da rivedere

Un bon conseil, si vous voulez perdre du poids, faîtes du sport et rien que du sport. J'ai 80 ans, opéré du cœur et n'ai pas eu besoin de cette ceinture, que j'ai pourtant achetée pour perdre du poids que j'avais pris en arrêtant le sport pendant plusieurs mois ; et même à mon âge j'ai repris du muscle. Leider ist der Stoff nach wenigen Wochen komplett abgerieben und der Gürtel lässt sich dadurch nicht mehr schließen, kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ho inserito 3 stelle non per la qualità... perché buona, ma per l'altezza della fascia... poteva essere più alta..Tutto sommato buona.

Indossando questa cintura si ha subito la sensazione di calore. Fa ottimamente il suo lavoro di effetto "bruciagrassi". Non ha proprio un'ottima vestibilità ed è un pò ingombrante, molto meglio se usata a casa.

Bis jetzt hält das teil gut. Sinn und Zweck erfüllt es. Lässt sich gut tragen und auch bequem im Alltag. Tolles Teil. Wenn es auseinander fällt bestell ich es wieder.
