It works perfectly and our cats love it! It took them a couple days to adjust but they love it now.

I like it but an disappointed with the walls inside and how dirt they become.

For the first two months, the system was excellent. The cats took to it quickly and the convenience was immeasurable. But after awhile, I heard a noise and found that the entire system malfunctioned and kicked up litter dust and excrement all over the floor. Apparently a portion of a plastic hinge had snapped off and the collection bag got wedged into the mechanism, leading to a domino effect that broke the machine and made a giant mess.I would have likely recommended this if it hadn’t been made with such cheap plastic in crucial areas.

not worth the money....6 months...more of a headache!!! I really wish I read reviews. Urine and litter gathered under pad and no way to get it out without cutting the bottom. Please do not purchase. I calling credit card to dispute charge. I would to hard to waste money like this. AMAZON IS USELESS. Second review...my review never get posted.

One of the most affordable cat litter robot I found and its worth every penny. The robot works very good and makes no loud noises my cat loves it.

This box was a dream come true at first. Self cleaning, and odor control but 4 months later it’s becoming more of a problem than a problem solver.My biggest issue has been that nothing is removable. The grate that separates the litter from the clumps is screwed in, which means anything that gets stuck behind that grate like urine is uncleanable. The plastic mat is also screwed in so it’s impossible to clean anything that may have seeped under, as most litter box do because litter is not all absorbing. I’m constantly scrubbing the insides to no avail. As we know, plastic after a while just retains that smell and becomes forever.It was nice while it lasted, but it’s not a forever solution for the price. I’ve now invested in a stainless steel litter box that has a removable top that although not self cleaning, should solve most of the problems as far as ease of cleaning and odor control. Thanks comfipaws, I know you meant well but you need to make parts removable for cleaning at this price point or else it becomes a urine filled cesspool. Hopefully you think of that for future models.

I adjusted my review bc I got a prompt response from Comfipaws through Amazon. I think Suzzipaws shop is just a small (and nonresponsive) reseller. The Comfipaws litter boxes were great for several months, we were impressed (purchased 2). Then one started making a loud grinding noise, and soon a "no drum found" error popped up and it stopped working completely. We followed the instructions to address the issue, nothing worked. Then I spent two months seeking customer support from the seller, with zero responses (I used the support info in their manual). Our litter boxes are still under warranty, and I then reached out to see if Amazon could help. Amazon sent me to the third party reseller message board, where I got a prompt response from Comfipaws that they will replace the item.The other litter box is hanging in there, but we have to manually reset it every single time a cat uses it. So now, we leave it off, and then just turn it on once a day to clean it, in the hopes that it will last.I do appreciate the replacement. We will work with these for as long as they will last bc they were expensive, but not nearly as expensive as litter robot.

I bought this for two cats in August 2023, as of January 9, 2024, I have had to take it apart to get the wheels to move again. Additionally, the rolling box no longer goes directly upright, so the cats cannot use it because there is no litter base. It did work very well for about two months, no issues or hiccups at all, but the price is not justified and the convenience is negligible for the price.
