Magnum Ultra Jumbo Kitchen Roll - Strong & Durable, Bulk Buy (Pack of 4 x 3 Double Rolls, totalling 12 ....This is a jumbo pack of kitchen roll, there are 4 packs of 3 rolls, each roll is 2-ply. I think the listing is a bit confusing, for one it lists them as a 3-ply rating, yet these are only 2-ply and suggests a unit count of 24, but there are only 12. This is further exaggerated by the price per count, making them appear to be ½ the price per roll than they are. It’s not like you can split the 2-ply’s to make 2 rolls! I also noticed that on each pack of 3 rolls it states and pictures ‘3 Layers’. Lots of confusing information here.So, are these any good, well firstly about the 2 ply, the ply’s are not the same thickness, the top ply is textured and feels thickish being around 0.13mm thick, but the bottom ply is much thinner than the top at 0.08mm, it is slightly textured though, making the overall thickness of each sheet around 0.2mm. Size wise, each sheet measures 17.5 x 20.5 cm, when compared to my cheap supermarket brand, which measures 22.5 x 23cm, is also 2 ply with an overall thickness of 0.3mm (a third thicker), these don’t appear that great at all.Conclusion, too much inconsistent information, claiming ‘equivalent’ of 24 rolls and 3-ply, smaller sheets than my cheap supermarket brand too, maybe I'm being too picky? They do the job ok, absorb well, but I don’t think any different to any other budget type.

the goods seem ok but because of the way it was described.i expected 24 rolls but only received 12 i could have bought similar at less cost at Morrisons these ones worked out at £1.41 per roll this is not a big saving in fact in my opinion i can buy less expensive in a local supermarket The wording should be clearer and not misleading

I won't be buying my usual premium leading brand of kitchen towels from the supermarket again because these Magnum Ultra towels are superb in terms of absorbency and re-use.I've been using the towels for over a month and I'm impressed. Everything from fridge cleaning to worktop cleaning, to cleaning spills and pet "accidents" - the towels are excellent.They are slightly less soft to touch than the big leading brand and this did initially disappoint me but in no way does this seem to translate to a reduction in absorbency. Just three towels is enough to absorb about a cup full of water. It's also very easy and effective to wring the towels out (by twisting the towels tightly over the sink). A lot of water drains from the towel and it is then possible to use the same towel again to absorb extra water.The towels are clean and white and look good in the kitchen on my kitchen towel holder.They are great absorbency towels and, together with the larger size towels, will be my number one purchase from now on.

These are smaller sheets than my usual brand, but they are very absorbent and clear up spills and mess effectively.We are as a household making a concerted effort to reduce single use items, so this 12 pack should last a long time
