The item is of good quality however after only two weeks the shelf is hanging off. I am hoping a joiner will be able to fix it with a screw or whatever. Will not be trying to glue it back on.

It fell off after 3 months. Amazon were yet again useless - they sell it and after 30 days don't want to know. Nie Wieder Bohren were approached through the website and they were great offering a new fixing kit and help with the preparation. I have bought 2 other fixings (towel rails) and they have remained attached for 9 months so I think it was a one off

Bought one of these as I didn't want to drill holes in new tiles. Only up for a few weeks and fell off. This doesn't do what it says!!

A very nice product which is really sturdy. Although no cleaning wipe included in the kit it was easy to fit and has not fallen off yet - unlike a similar product from the same manufacturer which fell off after two days. We chose this as it is brass so should keep its finish.

The shelf looks OK but the shampoo container drops through. I would have thought that the design would have taken the size into account

Due to it's design the shear force on one of the fixings causes it to come off the wall even when there is much less then 2 kg load on the shelf. I originally thought I had not fixed it well and purcahsed new nie wieder bohren fixings and refitted it but one fixing still came unfixed from the tiled wall.

I have used NWB products in many bathrooms in several houses and always find them first class for quality and ease of application - provided that you follow the installation instructions fully and as i mentioned above - warm the silicone tube in your hand for a few minutes before use.

Great basket without any screw holes. Looks great in our shower. I have glass in my shower and so far has not fallen off wall.
