Expensive but hands down the best I’ve used!
At first I tried a diagnostic tool that had similar features for half the price but it was cheaply made and barely connected to the car. So I decided to give this a shot and see if it’s worth it.This device is SOOOO much better. The quality is excellent and it has a very nice case. The WiFi and Bluetooth connections work great. It has a fast 1.3ghz quad processor. But most importantly I was immediately able to fix the VSA relearning and TPMS issues I was having with my Accord and I’m not a mechanic.I have the Honda version but for $60-$80 more you can buy a complete diagnostic program for any brand/models so it’s excellent for all your family cars. I’m going to use it on my wife’s Chevy too.So far so good! The screen is very responsive. Functionality is clear and it talks you through each procedure and tells you the in detail how to proceed. It’s already paid itself off just today. Definitely a keeper for me!

No Idea if this thing actually works, cannot register
Just received the NT710 Multi-System Tablet Scanner by Foxwell for Honda vehicles. So far the only thing that has been good is the Amazon delivery, wireless and account setup. The first thing I noticed that you MUST use the charge cable that comes with the unit. Though it is a type-c connection, none of my type-c chargers that I use on my phone or other tablets actually charge the thing.Wireless connection worked easy enough.Creating my account was seamless and it it went smoothly. Filled out my email address and immediately received a code to confirm. Went to the website on my computer and filled out the rest. Quite easy. Now comes the painful part. Trying to add the serial number. It was pre-filled in and I submitted. Immediately I got an error stating "Failed to activated the product! The serial number has been activated!".Without activating the serial number, there is nothing more I can do with the product other than modify my account information that was setup on the website. So I go to the website on my computer to activate the product. Here I get the message "NT710:serial number has been activated".My guess so far this is a used product that has already been activated.I have sent an email to support. If and when this gets resolved, I will update this review.Day 2 Update:I received an update from Foxwell asking me to try again. Now I can activate and download all the system updates for the device.Ran the first diagnostic. All went smoothly.Going to run a few diagnostics on the cars I own. Will update accordingly.

Outstanding Foxwell’s Proactive Customer Service
Upon receiving the Foxwell NT710 unit, I was have difficulty logging into and registering the serial number to my email address. I contacted Foxwell’s customer service representative Aimee, she immediately responded and made the correct diagnosis. The unit problem wasn’t on my end nor was it a factory/manufacturing error but a third party chain supply issue. She made sure everything, she was planning to resolve this issue was to my satisfaction prior to being implemented. She sent me a Brand New NT710 Factory sealed unit to my home address, and a prepaid UPS return label for the original unit. Everything was resolved within one week to my absolute satisfaction. Aimee from Foxwell Customer Service kept me informed every step of the exchange with numerous, short prompt emails. My initial response to this incident was one of dread. However, once Aimee took over the entire situation, her professionalism reflected what every Customer Service strives for…complete and satisfactory resolution to end user of this incident. The Foxwell Unit NT710 is an excellent product, very intuitive to use and knowledgeable how to manage diagnostics testing scans with proper error codes and their resolution.

False advertising, does not do what it says.
Update: 10.5.23The following is in the description at the time of writing this update." This full services diagnostic tool performs ABS Bleeding, reset ECU/PCM, Crankshaft Sensor Relearn, oil lights, parking brake for brake change, reset TPS, ABS/SRS reset, Throttle Position Relearn, D-P-F, SRS,TPMS reset, Key programming, injector coding etc. It will help you save thousands of maintenance m-oney and time at the repair shop "However after working with the technical support team I've come to find out that it does not support key programming at all. I'm updating my review accordingly this is completely false advertising.Let me start out with something that may save you time. This tablet will arrive with no charge. Even though the button press would turn the light green for a moment, it didn't have enough battery to turn on. I had to contact the tech support number, only to find out that it shipped with a faulty usb cable. So I found a cable laying around that worked and got it charged after about 4 hours.Next, It does have the option for other brands of software, Ford in my case tech support was kind enough to remove an unneeded brand and install Ford, but it's limited to basic scanning and testing, no maintenance mode for key programming or bidirectional pid testing as indicated on the product listing. I am still working with support, but it's a Chinese holiday for a week, so they are away and I am waiting for a functional device. I’ll update any resolution, but at this point it's an expensive scanner that you can pickup for a tenth of the price.I do like that it's android, so I can navigate like a tablet as far as attaching to wi-fi and other keyboard and battery features. I did get a message from the outlook mail client that the tablet was not secure, so I could not sign into my gmail to use the native mail client for sending DTC info. I have tried their cloud based send and it has not come through to my email or span yet.Once I was able to charge it, it did power up fairly quickly and so far the automatic vin search has worked well on Ford, Chrysler and Honda, but since they added Ford, I can no longer do Honda/Acura. (They didn't tell me this, but Ford was an $80-100 add on based on the menu system) For the price of this scan tool, the functionality is lacking and there are better alternatives available in this price point. I plan to keep sharing my experience with this tool as I find out how it will be supported long term.
