As someone who appreciates both functionality and novelty in everyday items, I was immediately drawn to this ray gun torch lighter. After using it for several weeks, I'm ready to share my thoughts on this unique flame-throwing gadget. ### Design & Build Quality The ray gun design is simply spectacular. With its retro-futuristic aesthetic reminiscent of 1950s sci-fi, this lighter makes a statement whether it's sitting on your desk or being used to light a candle. The metallic finish and attention to detail in the ray gun shape—complete with a trigger mechanism and barrel—show impressive craftsmanship. It has a satisfying weight that feels substantial without being cumbersome. ### Functionality The torch function produces a strong, windproof flame that ignites with a satisfying "whoosh" sound. The angled barrel design makes it particularly useful for lighting candles in deep containers or reaching awkward spots on a grill. The flame is adjustable via a small dial at the base, allowing you to control the intensity based on your needs. ### Fuel Efficiency The lighter uses standard butane and is relatively efficient. A full tank lasted me about two weeks of regular use before requiring a refill. The refilling process is straightforward through a valve at the bottom of the unit.

I got mine in pink and love it! It has a good feel. I can see why people had issues but all due to user error. One never leave your torch in ur car in general people. Dangerous. Two always leave the safety for the trigger on when not in use. put gas release lever all the way to the right before filling with butane. To use release safety for trigger, then release gas lever slightly and pull trigger to light. Flame can get larger so use in open area. Overall good product

I got this as a gift and it was a cool novelty. It functions nicely once you get used to the nozzle. It does eat through butane though so get lots with this.

Its a pretty cool lighter! Works as intended. HOWEVER COMMA it did NOT WORK at first😭 it took like two days before i figured out how to properly fill it or if it was actually filling. I’d say get a medium to smaller sized Butane can and just play with pressing it into the fill hole for a full minute while both the gun and can are upside down. DON’T copy me BUUT If it’s still empty, You can tell if your lighter works by hold your finger on the flame’s exit barrel and feel a jolt when you press the trigger. You’ll leak butane alot while filling it, but maybe just bad with torch lighters. You’ll know you did it right if you change the throttle and hear an air leaking sound. Pressing the trigger will ignite the front of the gun. You can change the flame’s strength while it’s on. Unsure about durability so far i haven't dropped it. Still a cool prop but if you want a lighter too, its a nice touch.

A lot of fun. Works. People laugh when you pull it out for heat shrinking wires at work.

This was my second thicket raygun torch. I purchased this because I loved my first one so much and it lasted a few years before finally giving out. Unfortunately this wasn’t a great purchase. The flame was not as strong as the first, and the fuel started leaking within a few weeks of opening the product. Leaking to the point it could be ignited with the torch fully in the off position and wouldn’t go out unless blown out. Sad the quality just wasn’t the same as my first. I will not be purchasing another from Amazon and will be sticking to brick and mortar purchases for my torches.

This torch should be more of a display piece. i love COD zombies and when i saw this it looked like a must have. And when i received it it was even better than initially expected. The torch was life sized, it glowed in the dark, and the flame was AWESOME. A huge and powerful flame but after using it multiple times and a little over 2 months later the flame changed. It wasn't the perfect straight flame anymore. The flame looked unstable and butane sort of leaked when i turned the torch on wouldn't heat up my glass like before. It took longer to heat up objects. I had it on display for a while and yeah its a cool piece to show off every once in awhile to light a cigarette of something simple but as far as warming up glass with a powerful torch this wont be it after a couple weeks im sure. That being said I just ordered a new replacement one but just for display purposes.

More people should be buying this product! It works perfectly, saves gas, it is a great COD design. Works fantasticly fine. I even would like a second one. Too bad there's no original COD design available.

Veri noic, powerful refillable and VERY powerful, worked really well for me and looks very cool.

Its a cool conversation torch, also been using it for cigars. Works really well.
