This item is as written on Amazon. It fits right on the foot, its comfy, cold, and it's very soothing. I definitely believe it's worth the money. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great quality ankle ice pack.

I got this because I bought a TheraICE Pro ankle compression wrap thinking it could do both hot and cold, unfortunately for me, it only does cold and at the price, I wasn’t willing to risk damaging it so I needed to find one that would do heat as well. It seems to do a good job holding heat (I’m past the ice stage so can’t comment on the cold retention) for almost half the cost of the TheraICE. It’s not meant for hours long heat therapy so the 20-ish minutes it holds heat is good enough. And it takes 20 seconds in the microwave if I want longer. It’s comfortable, but I wouldn’t say it’s a firm compression. It’s like wearing a sock. It’s easy to pull on and stays in place, holding the heat/cold around the ankle and foot where needed. I wear a women’s shoe size 7, lower leg below calf muscle is 10.5”. I bought a S/M. It does stretch and I can put my hand down it while wearing it if I wished. It would also fit over socks.

My daughter has constent ankle pain, after leaving bags of melting ice all over the couch we stumbleld onto this little gem! Not only does it stay cold for a very lengthy period of time...it gives you the COLDEST wrap around, hug your ankle & foot moment of relief!!! When I say cold, I mean COLD by the way! No more propping up pillows to keep the ice bag in place..it's perfect..you can walk around with it if you need to & you don't leave water marks all over the place!!

Real cold when I first put it on, but I have used the ankle ice packs everyday and my ankle swelling has gone down. I love the feel and its fit.

SAVER. my ankle has been sprained all summer and ive gotta work no matter what right? yeah so that means constant pain and retearing my ankle so using this before/after work is awesome . i have huge feet and calves so its a perfect fit, i wish it came with two !!!! VERY worth the money

The gel has all broken up and disintegrated after 2 uses. Very disappointing
