Thoroughly cleans glass on log burners, and easy to use

With a fair bit of effort these work well to remove even stubborn blackening marks on the glass of my wood burning stove. For the price I had hoped it would last a bit longer, but after 2 months the wire wool (action) side has virtually worn off, leaving a fairly useless £10 sponge.

This is a simple tool for keeping the glass on your fire clear. Takes a bit of scrubbing with the scouring side, then finish with the sponge side. It is quite tricky to get into the corners and I would recommend using it after every fire, otherwise it gets tougher to clean.

Wasn t as good as I expected but ok if used daily

This is my third Schott dry wiper for the glass on my woodburner. I have had my woodburner for 5 years and these last a year or so and never scratch or damage the glass and my glass remains crystal clear - it takes 2 minutes to clean the glass everytime I use the burner. Excellent, highly recommend
