Pretty good.
Surprisingly delicious for something that is somewhat healthy.Have supplemented with these after getting some nasty food allergies and really haven’t ate very healthy since and started loosing weight fast on an already skinny frame. The results have been good is about all I can say.Taste like strawberry quick I had as a kid
