I purchased the Hindware Zorio Ax 150mm Exhaust Fan with high hopes for efficient ventilation in my space. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction.Motor Failure Within 6 Months:The most glaring issue with the Hindware Zorio Ax 150mm Exhaust Fan is its motor reliability. Shockingly, the motor stopped working within just six months of installation. This is an unacceptable lifespan for a product that is supposed to provide long-term ventilation solutions. The premature failure of the motor has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.Abysmal Customer Support:In an attempt to address the malfunction, I reached out to Hindware's customer support through both calls and emails. However, my attempts at communication have been met with sheer disappointment. Despite multiple attempts, no one from the customer support team has shown up to inspect or resolve the issue. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.Mismatched Replacement Motor:After an extended period of silence, a technician finally arrived with a replacement motor. Unfortunately, the incompetence didn't end there. The replacement motor provided did not match the specifications of the original, rendering it useless. To make matters worse, the technician took away the existing motor, leaving me with a non-functional exhaust fan.Unresolved Issue After More Than a Month:It has now been over a month since my initial complaint, and the issue remains unresolved. Despite assurances and promises, the lack of action and communication from Hindware has left me in the dark. The prolonged inconvenience and frustration associated with this ordeal have eroded any trust I had in the brand.In conclusion, the Hindware Zorio Ax 150mm Exhaust Fan has proven to be a regrettable purchase, marred by a malfunctioning motor, abysmal customer support, and a botched attempt at a replacement. I strongly advise against considering this product, as the company's failure to address and rectify these issues has left me with a non-functional exhaust fan and a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.

Fit and finish not as expected. A lot of unfinished rough edges are present here and there. Quality could have been better. Sucsion is ok and the product is easy to install.
