We are proud to release our PCV Re-Route Package for the 2012-2016 LML Duramax equipped Chevy/GMC 2500HD and 3500 Silverado/Sierra Pickups. This kit re-routes the PCV system from feeding crank case exhaust gas back into the intake, stopping the buildup of sludge in the intake tract, and also eliminates the unsightly Resonator Cap on the top of the motor.

Totally worth it! Hose pictured looks shitty but it’s nice heater hose, billet plates were perfect, simple easy cheap piece of mind. Two thumbs up.

Its not made cheap, even though it is low priced
It could've came with instructions but it's not rocket science so it was easy to figure out especially with all the YouTube videos available.Only wish I would've done this sooner

Parts weren’t even for the right year model it’s a 3/4” size block off for the back of the PCs reroute and your parts won’t fit
