Well packaged, and clear instructions. I am using the unit without the castor wheels, but they are of good quality.One thing to be aware of is where your TV has its power cable. From the bottom VESA screws on a 400x400 TV the hanging bracket is from 110mm-155mm above them. At 110-120mm you won't fit even a right angle cable, at 120-155 you should just squeeze in. I've had to leave the locking screw on one side off due to this.

Took wheels and shelf of and used it to mount our really heavy plasma so we could sit a centre speaker underneath on the tv cabinet. Great and strong solution to raising tv without having to drill our walls

Very good for 42 inch tv. Would prefer the height to be adjustable and to be cheaper
