This product is great quality, easy to put on, and stays in place well. It folds up nicely to store in a freezer door panel or drawerThe images show the size accurately. As a plus-size woman, I wish it were a bit larger, but it still works really well and provided great pain relief after my hip surgery. I would definitely recommend it!

3 days after my hip replacement and this is one of the best bits of kit in my post-op armoury. Well made, flexible and it stays in place. The velvet lining makes it comfortable to wear. It has really helped reduce the swelling. I would highly recommend.

I’ve awarded a 4 star , it does do what it’s intended for , you can heat it up or put it in the freezer , when it’s been in the freezer it is still flexible when you take it out to put in on , I have AS and bi lateral radiographic sacraliitis amongst other things , the only problem I have encountered is the bell pad itself could do with being a bit longer by about another 2-3 inches that way it could wrap around the hip area better , the securing straps are long ( I am 5ft 6 and 12.5 stone with a 30-32 inch waist )

These work perfectly for icing a hip replacement but would work for many areas. Stays cold for longer than you need to do the job. Very versatile! I bought two so he would always have one ready to go but not sure I needed to. Happy with the purchase!!

Fits well and ices the whole hip!

I had hip replacement surgery and I knew that no ice packs that we had on hand would do the job. So I ordered this one. But I used it as a flat ice pack, and it worked well since I had an anterior replacement.It has velcro straps, but there is NO WAY that I could figure out how to make it work. So I was half happy. It did help me with my recovery but if I had to use it as it is shown in the picture, I would have been totally out of luck, For that reason, I was disappointed. Now I am trying to decide whether or not I should save the velcro straps!
