It has an adequate amount of recipes. Instructions are clear. Since recipes are somewhat dependent on visual, it would be nice if there was at least one picture available in the entire book. Just a little to sterile.

I purchased this book to better understand the functionality and capabilities of The Ultimate Cosori Electric Pressure Cooker. Here I received useful tips on proper operation and care of a pressure cooker, preparation of dishes adapted to it, useful tips to make dishes in a pressure cooker even tastier and better. More than 100 recipes that can satisfy the tastes of each member of my family. Now I’m pretty sure that The Ultimate Cosori Electric Pressure Cooker is a must have for my kitchen.

If you're into the electric pressure cooker and making quick, flavorful meals for you and your loved ones, this book is gonna be a gem in your kitchen and the recipes are arranged in a coherent fashion (breakfasts; entrees based on main protein; sides; desserts; etc.) and also includes a number of appendices that help learn IP cooking beyond the included recipes and some of my own classic go-to recipes have been wonderfully recreated for the IP, much to my fiance's pleasure and i have yet to discover a recipe that doesn't live up to expectations and now, I've embraced portion control in the last couple years for healthy living reasons and this is a clean, clear, simple cookbook and the recipes are all well within the range of a healthy diet.

I am not a fan of cookbooks that don't have pictures of the recipes. I blame myself for not investigating further before buying this book. But, no pictures in a cookbook will always be a low rating for me.

I absolutely love this book of electric pressure cooker recipes. I am a fairly new Instant Pot cook and the recipes in this book are wonderful. Everything we made so far has been easy and delicious. Best pressure cooker cookbook yet!

This is a nice compact cookbook. It’s different than some of the others, and is made for the brand of machine. I rated it a 3 Star because it has no pictures and I like a cookbook with pictures. It’s a good start.

This cookbook has some pretty good recipes but it's really difficult to overlook all the typos. I'm guessing it was self-published.

I felt intimidated at first in working this item. But was completely surprised by how easy it was. I love it. Food tastes great and it ready in half the time as the traditional way.
