Royal Fire™ Aluminium Heat Powered Stove Fan Silent Eco Friendly

This was bought to shift heat from the kitchen to the rest of this single storey house. Even when I was a youth it had seemed crazy that there was so much heat wasted & that it was necessary to light fires in the other rooms. Since then (40 yrs ago) insulation & glazing has dramatically improved so there's much less of that heat lost ( from a Stanley range) but it still didn't flow elsewhere. I'd consiðered thermostatic fans with tubes & outlets but that would have been a huge messy job and quite possibly not worked anyway. Friends with these fans ( different manufacture & designs) enthused about them and I remained sceptical until seeing them in action. A bit of research suggested this was the best combination of efficiency ( it kicks in earlier than others on the market) ,also that four blades was consonsiderably better than the usual two and it was very keenly priced. It's brilliant and has done exactly what I'd hoped to achieve with my grand plans involving construction, just simply by lifting it gently out of the box before placing it on the range. It's my favourite new addition and most certainly is saving me huge quantities of cash. I rarely turn on the ancillary oil fired central heating or light a fire in the sitting room now as the kitchen range, this and plenty of roof insulation generally keeps me and the house at a comfortable temperature. Will probably buy a couple as gifts now too.

First one didn’t work for some reason but after contacting them they sent another out no questions asked.Really helps pushing the heat out into the room. Definitly worth it.

Silent but doesn't make a jot of difference to the room. I can't feel any air movement around the spinning blades at all. If I dangle a sheet of A4 in front of the fan, moving it gradually closer I see no effect on the paper until it reaches 1-2cm from the spinning blades.If this fan is making a difference it's so small I can't tell. My flue pipe temperature is 150˚C, which is plenty hot enough to spin the fan at full speed.

Great item although a tad expensive. Works a treat and heats a huge room from a 3Kw size log burner. Smaller than I thought looking at photos but very effective.

This is a great high quality product that makes the room warmer much quicker. I bought one initially and was so pleased with it I reordered another for my second fire. Great seller and fast delivery.
