Santa Catarina uses the traditional fishing methods with the most recent production technologies. In Azores traditional and craft fishing are predominant, such as the use of a line and a hook, causing the least environmental impact possible and giving origin to great potential products in terms of quality. Only the best quality of fish, oil and spices, absence of preservatives and artificial additives are the most important details for qualitative products. And of cause taste...it's so delicious, that it deserves to be tasted!
