Motion-Activated Candy Dispenser

Our grandkids think it is pretty cool to be able to put different stuff in the dispenser and they love to share it with their friends when they come over

Box tab was ripped off so box was taped. Unit didn't work when I tested with gum balls. They jammed in the well. Not happy as I purchased for a Christmas gift. Sad when I had to give a broken gift and take back to return.

My sister got a candy dispenser for Christmas and I just had to have one. I could not remember the model she had so I took a chance on this one. The Blakjax is very similar to hers and I love it almost as much. Her's - a Candy Magic - has a feature that allows you to adjust the amount that is dispensed, and I think that's a useful feature. But that model is nearly twice the cost (on Amazon) and I'm not dissatisfied with the amount this machine dispenses.This dispenser is all plastic, is very lightweight, and has an on/off switch to conserve the 4 required AA batteries. I notice that two of the three pictures that accompany the listing do not show the dispenser that I received. My dispenser does have the bowl-like base that catches stray candy. This is nice, especially since you can't control the amount dispensed - if you don't want that much you can drop it in the dish.M&Ms are perfectly suited for this dispenser. I'm going to take this to work. I've always had candy for co-workers, but some types of candy were never practical because I don't like offering candy that's not individually wrapped. The dispenser will provide a much more hygienic candy dish!One other note - when the motion sensor is activated, a light comes on where the candy comes out. I guess this is a nice feature if you snack in the dark!

It's has a very nice capacity, and the motion sensor works great. However, it seems to jam frequently on different types of candy.I first tried Mike-n-Ikes: Jammed almost instantly every time. Granted, they may have been over the 1/2 inch recommendation.Second time: Skittles. Infrequent jams, but still happened.Third: Jelly-Belly jellybeans. Jammed almost instantly pretty much every time.A real shame, all things considered.

I tried a few other motion dispensers and this one got a good potion at a time. The largest problem is that it gets stuck A LOT. So if you have the time to keep adjusting, give it a go. If not, I'd go for a manual candy dispenser instead. Seller was responsive and apologetic.

I bought this item for a friend of mine and he absolutely loves it and the size is perfect for his bar in his basement.

I had bought this as a gift for a friend and it did not work. I had to go to the mall to get a new one two days before christmas and hunt for one. I would not buy from this seller.

This thing is great. I have it sitting in my kitchen filled with Reese's Pieces. So far it has worked really well for me. The only complain I have is that the sensor can be a little bit sensitive and sometimes dispenses the candy even if you weren't trying to. For example, my wife was cleaning the kitchen counter the other day and her hand passed in front of the sensor maybe 6 inches away and the Reese's Pieces went flying haha.
