Ume Plum Vinegar 5 Ounces

Love to use it for dried plum.

I love this product. I normally buy it from whole foods but with covid situation I was very happy to find it available on amazon. Delivery was quick. Thank you very much. I use this as one of my ingredients for various dipping sauces. For me, the taste is simply wonderful. It is not as vinegary as white, cider or rice vinegars. It's got a bit of the ume salty with a soft taste of vinegar. I use other types of vinegars but I really love this one.

I bought this as it was the essential ingredient for a recipe called " chickpea of the sea" that I saw on the internet while looking for chickpea recipes. I made the faux tuna salad with this as soon as I got it and it was delicious. It really did taste a bit like tuna but without the bad smell!I then used the liquid from the chickpeas to make vegan cookies!

I just recently became a vegan. Ume Plum Vinegar is called for in many recipes for vegans and I find it adds so much to the taste of foods. I couldn't find it in local grocery stores and was thrilled to find it on Amazon. I will be ordering again and in a larger quantity as it is used so much in my recipes.

We like this vinegar. My husband uses salt on salads but this plum vinegar has just the right salty taste without any additional needed. Delicious flavor.

The plum vinegar arrived as depicted. However, it is advertised as a “pack of 2” and I only received 1 bottle. I will give it one star for being the correct product but I can’t give it more since the the 2 bottles advertised did not arrive.
