Purchased this for my new spa business. So far so good. I’ve only been using it for about a month and it’s very cute and efficient. It doesn’t take too much time to heat up, maybe about 15-20 minutes. But I do use extremely hot water for my towels. I got to my spa about 15 minutes prior to my appointments and had 3 facials back to back. I was able to switch on this caddy, make my towels, prep my room, and take my clients. The towels were perfect! The heat had been distributed and were great.It is kind of small. I use very plush towels and this got me through my first 2 facials but I had to refill my caddy for the 3rd. But it all worked out. Perfect start plus it matches my decor and my spa’s color scheme.If you’re on the fence I’d say go for it.

I am a massage therapist for 18 years. This is my 3d Towle warmer. I am very happy with this Towle warmer.I use Hot rocks , It is nice to use the UV light on them. It warms everything up with in 15 minutes. I recommend this .

It is big enough and looks nice with the purple trim. It does not gety stuff very hot. I am a massage therapist and use hot cabbies for hot packs. This cabbie does not heat them up, like my other one does. I am not sure why, as the sides get very hot. I will keep it and transfer my super hot packs over there.I want to add that I am an esthetician, too. This cabbie does keep my towels nice and warm I put them in there hot. So, I guess it keeps wet items hot.

I REALLY wanted this to work and was excited to get it. As soon as I took it out of the package I was disappointed at the quality. The metal is extremely thin and popped in/out slightly just by picking it up. I still hoped for the best, but honestly....you can tell right away honestly cheap it is.I put only two 11 x 15 wet/rung out towels in test it out. One on the top rack, one on the bottom rack. After 30 min the towels were warm and still cool on the inside when I rolled it out. I then left it in for an hour and they were a little warm. Not hot warm, not steam warm, just warm. Then I left it for another 2 hours and they were warmer, but not so much. This is only 2 towels. Finally, I left it on for 3 hours and they were a bit warmer, but still not warm enough. It didn't have that "nice" warm effect. Returning tomorrow. Totally bummed.

A lot lighter then my 20 year old one. Easier to clean tray. Works great!

The towel cabbie gets the damp towels REALLY hot, to the point where I have to turn off the power after about an hour. They then stay super warm in it, even once the power is off. I can fit 15 rolled towels into the warmer, without a problem.
