No customer service. Half of screen died after 6 months.
After about 6 months the right half of the screen died. Attempted to contact the seller, Wblue, apparently they don't care. Called Amazon Customer Service 5 or 6 times, at least they refunded part of my money. They were supposed to do an A to Z claim on it, even though it was past the normal time for that, but I have received no further contact from any of the representatives who said they would personally follow up on it. Was told "my supervisor is getting Wblue on the phone right now," and "Amazon is going to refund you $150 and Wblue will refund you the rest," and "you will receive a shipping label to return the item," but none of this has held true. This is the first time I have not been satisfied with Amazon's customer service. An item has a 1-year warranty, it should be honored by the manufacturer or else the person selling it. I will likely have to purchase a screen/digitizer combo and replace it myself. P.S. no bribe will get me to remove this post. You earned it, live with it.original post:This seems to be a very nice tablet so far. The build quality of this tablet seems very solid. The screen is very nice, equal to the Samsung 8.4 Pro that I've had for years. The cameras seem to be pretty good. I bought this for my wife as an upgrade from her Lenovo 10 inch tablet that I got her at a local big-box store for Christmas 2016, which was a let-down in many ways (sluggish response, low screen resolution.) I think this tablet will serve nicely. Shipping was very fast also. I ordered this on March 3, it arrived all the way from China on March 10. If I hadn't just put a new screen in my Samsung I would probably have went for the upgrade to this for myself.
