I love this LED mask- I think it has helped with dark spots and wrinkles- I bought one for a friend as well.

The media could not be loaded. Update: The company has reached out to me and resolved this issue. They sent me a new one and it is working great and I have no complaints. The customer service has been very responsive. Would definitely recommend this product.I purchased the light mask in September and have only used it a few times and keep it in the box when not in use . I decided I would start using it regularly and unfortunately it’s not working. The light flashes a few times and turns off . I typically do not make negative reviews but due to the cost of this product, I attempted to reach out via email as it instructs to do in the manual but have not received a return message with any solution . Would be more than happy to change my review if the problem is addressed.

We had issues with the face mask light settings and they sent us a new unit and it works great!

Stopped working after I used it 8 times. It will not charge properly. There is not a way to contact seller and Amazon referred to the seller.

I’m not sure yet how I feel about this mask. I’m trying to figure out if the dots are to touch your face, or just the light because it wraps around my face but at my chin and jaw, it doesn’t touch and I can’t seem to find the answer to this question. However, it is pretty comfortable and relaxing. The first few days I had to get used to the pressure on my nose as it seemed tight, but each day I’ve been readjusting so I guess time will tell if it works. I use the red and yellow light, but have only used for 3 days, so hopefully in a month or so, I’ll see some results

I can’t speak to the results yet. I know I will use it because it is easy to use and comfortable on my face. Very elegant packaging too.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had it for 4 months. Unfortunately only half of the red lights up nowSo I don’t recommend. It also gets hot. Intermittent with blue. I would save your money and buy a quality mask.

I have been using the product for 2 months and I am now seeing fine lines fading. It requires at least 2 months before seeing results so be patient. I would recommend this to women of all ages.
