This dispenser works *great*. The whole light up for 20 seconds bit is an awesome added feature. I just wanted a soap dispenser for our daughters' bathroom for the foam soap they love. I thought something like this that dispensed automatically would be great; and I was right. No more soap all over the bathroom counter. The timer helps make sure our younger daughters wash their hands for long enough. My only criticism is it doesn't work while plugged in. So far we've had it a month or two and it's still working great. Cute, well made, functional. So easy to use without making a mess that our 4yo has no issues with it at all. She loves seeing the kitty light up while cleaning her hands.

This stopped working after 2 months, does not at least reset. Product does not close or seal completely, very prone to spilling because of it

Works like it intended to especially for children and older people who can't press the pump soap.

It's really cute and attractive and doesn't have the weird sensor issues like another similar one I bought. My only criticism is that it dispenses waaayyy too much soap, it's a bit wasteful.

absolutely LOVED this soap dispenser in our main bathroom! not one complaint. was so cute and fun with perfect function, even got compliments on it a few times. fast forward ~3-4 months, nothing happens when I put my hands under it..... I say to myself, "must be time for it's first charge! can't believe it lasted this long on the initial charge." so I plugged it in thinking everything was normal, but the friggin thing never worked again. to be fair, other reviewers definitely warned me..... guess I'll fill it with water instead and use it as a planter? bummer - i was really into this little guy.

Product works well at first. Kids absolutely love it. After recharging the first time after a month, the battery dies faster the next cycle. Has a few glitches where it doesn't dispense and have to turn it back on with the touch sensitive button on top. After a couple months with a few charging cycles, it glitches much worse than after the first recharge. It turns off every time after a full dispense of soap, like 1-2 secs. Will turn off even while dispensing, which makes it weird that turning it back on will finish the rest of a full dispense that it cut off. It seems likely to be a soft glitch. Also, it is not as waterproof as mentioned.

My preschooler nephews loved this. Got this and a few other dispensers to encourage them to wash their hands. It was a big hit and got them a little more excited about washing their hands and using soap to do it.

Kids don’t always want to wash their hands, but add a cute soap dispenser and suddenly the little kids all want to see if the elephant will dispense soap every time. Not only do your kids get a chance to learn without knowing but the battle for clean hands and faces is suddenly gone. Try it, you will love it.

Although I knew what size it would be, I was still surprised by how bulky it seems. We have room for it on our counter though, so this wasn't an issue.Battery lasts a while, which is nice, but we seem to have to refill with soap quickly.The foaming works very well and the little cat inside is too cute.The sensor has no issues detecting motion.Overall, a very cute and functional auto soap dispenser.

Worked only one week waste of money

This is used in a bathroom where kids can't quite reach the automatic soap dispenser on the wall so sits on the counter. It lights up for the 20 seconds needed to wash your hands and is sturdy so does not slip off the counter or get knocked over when kids are using it. The motion sensor is very sensitive so you do have to remember to turn it off when charging or replacing the soap otherwise it makes a mess, but having the off feature and using it correctly makes charging and storing very easy.

I originally ordered this quite some time ago and unfortunately the original one I got wouldn’t hold a charge. But I contacted customer service and the got me refunded and a new one on the way in just a couple of days! It works wonderful and it’s so cute.
