Although the actual board seem to be nice, one area of the groove that was cut into it has a distinct flaw, there is a small area where the wood has splintered and a medium size splinter is exposed it is about 1/2" - 3/4" in length, if you were to slide your hand over this area it would most certainly become embedded in your hand, the only way I can see to fix it and eliminate the potential hazard is to carefully trim the area out with a razor knife and then sand it smooth, this is no garentee that it will not return but it should fix the immediate problem, unfortuantely, there will be an irregular area now cut into the groove space. It seems to me, if the company takes the time to stamp their ID on the product, they would also take the time to inspect the product closely,

Amazing Quality & Perfect Huge Size
So this bamboo cutting board is more amazing than I expected! Yes, it was exactly as described. I had purchased other cutting boards last year but they were too small to hold enough food all at once for my weekly meal prep. I didn't realize how small they were until my food was spilling off the side and I cant chop more than a couple chicken breasts at a time. Now that I have both sitting side by side I can see the difference in both size and more importantly - quality. My other set is tiny, dull and rough, with no groove for a spill edge. Besides the obvious size upgrade I also feel confident that I have a better quality product with this one. It's smooth and shiny and perfect.. Plus, it has a cute panda bear on the packaging. Can't go wrong with this kitchen must have item.

Split wood less than 2 mos of owning it
I really liked the size and look of this board and planned to use it as a board for meat and cheeses. After having it for less than two months and following cleaning instructions, the board split right down the middle. I no longer feel safe using it as I don’t want it to breed bacteria in the slit. Really wanted this to work out and am disappointed it lasted such a short amount of time.

Not as Thick as Advertised
I was a professional chef and kitchen worker for 22 years. This cutting board feels cheap and light. This is partially due to the cutting board being about 2/3 as this as the description states. Description says cutting board is 0.8 inches thick. It is just over a half inch thick. Claim of non-slip is complete hooey. It and all bamboo cutting boards without non-slip pads slide all over the counter unless you put a towel under them.In the end I wish I would have skipped Amazon for this sort of item and went to a real store. Prime shipment was late as well.

Great quality!
Love this cutting board! Great quality! We do a lot of grilling. My husband usually makes quite a mess while cutting the meat. No mess this time because the board is large enough and the grooves contained any juices from the meat.

This cutting board was defective upon arrival. The end pieces of wood were not properly attached and there were spaces between the end pieces and the body of the cutting board. I am returning it and will not reorder.

Beautiful Cutting Board. It's just the right size. The quality can't be beat. I replaced an old board that was much more expensive and I am more than happy with this board. It's perfect for my needs and I have been using it almost everyday since receiving. Love It!
