Best USB Fan Yet!
My ageing generic, one-speed-only USB fan was getting dusty on the blades, and is a complete nightmare to clean: the safety cage is screwed together with very tight, poor quality screws, that tend to strip when you attempt to undo or refasten them. Still works, but I wanted something easier to maintain.Spotted this one, which although not mentioned in the description, apparently had an easy-to-remove front guard. (mentioned in one of the reviews). So I ordered it.Next day (don't you just love Prime?!) a box was delivered, which I eagerly unpacked (a heat wave was in full strength), to find a very neat little fan, with translucent blue blades, and a strong all-plastic cage of which - OH JOY - the front was fastened by a simple bayonet (think camera lens release). One 10th of a twist, and off it comes, making future cleaning easy-peasy. And 1/10th of a twist the other way, and it is securely locked back on.But the BIG surprise, was no fewer than FOUR speed modes! Gentle, Medium (about the same as my older fan, mentioned above), and Strong (Whooosh - is this really just a USB model?!!). The final mode gently changes from Gentle to Strong and back again, several times a minute.Oh, and I forgot to mention, another KILLER feature, is that this one comes with a Detachable Power Lead! The fan itself has a USB-C socket, so will run on any USB-C cable, if your power source doesn't have the old-style USB-A sockets (for example, newer MacBooks, etc). The bundled cable is USB-A to USB-C, but you can literally use any USB-C cable.Absolutely the best USB fan yet, and good enough I've actually binned my old MAINS fan that was getting pernickity about firing up, with (now) now need to buy another one - because THIS little baby is all I need on my desk!FIVE stars, without a second thought. Could end up ordering a few more of these! :-)

Excellent with a gas fire
We have a calor gas heater, and by shear genius ( or perhaps a good guess ) I placed one of these on top of the heater, similar to what you do with a log burner, blowing air across the top of the heater, and therefore help circulate the warm air. End result is a room that heats up quickly without all the heat rising to the ceiling. The fan itself is quite and remarkably effective.

Ideal for my restricted desktop space
The media could not be loaded. The Smart Devil fan is powered by a USB A to USB C Cable that measures 121 cm in length. The fan itself is compact measuring 15.5 cm in height, and 13 cm in width. The fascia of the fan turns anticlockwise and then lifts out to reveal the 5 blades for easy cleaning. The fan is described as low noise ,but it does have a hum and obviously the more that you increase the speed the louder the hum is more noticeable. I am happy with the amount of wind that this fan generates especially for its compact size. The fan has definitely come in handy over the last couple of days especially due to the humidity that we’ve been experiencing.

Powerful and quiet
Tried a few desk fans and this has been the best so far. Surprisingly powerful for its size and quiet. I also like the fact that the front can be removed so you can clean the blades.

Small, with a whine
This is a small but effective fan which runs via a USB which must be left plugged in as it isn’t rechargeable. It is lightweight as there is no battery, but relatively stable on a flat surface although the USB needs to be plugged in behind the centre of the fan so you have a trailing wire that might be caught. There are three different output speeds, activated by successive presses of the on/off switch and it’s reasonably quiet in use although I detect a whine with the one supplied to me which could be irritating if you’re particularly noise sensitive. The blades are well caged although it would still be best to keep this out of reach of small hands.

Great Airflow and Easy to Clean
The media could not be loaded. Great desk fan, practical to use, good breeze/airflow and doesn't ocupy much space.PROS- Great airflow/breeze- 3x speed settings+ 1x mixed speed airflow- Easy and practical to use- Easy to carry- Light weighted- Anti-slip feature- Easy to clean- Adjustable angle (up and down only)- Long power cordCONS- Not quiet, and especially not ultra quiet as advertised (normal amount of noise for a fan)Good and efficient fan, really good air flow/breeze. Has 3x speeds settings which are controlled by a button on the back of the fan.Has a 4th setting with a mixed of airflow speeds, where it rhythmically decreases and increases the airflow. To turn off the fan you will need to go trough all the settings until it turns off.The angle of the fan is adjustable, up and down only, doesn't turn to the sides. It has a rubber anti-slip base that gives the fan stability, and it doesn’t move around with the fan’s vibration. The fan is quite light weighted, it can be easily carried out anywhere. It doesn't occupy much space in a desk or bedside table. The blade cover is detachable, which makes it really practical and easy to clean. It doesn't have a battery, it needs to be connected to a power source. It is powered by a USB cable. The cable is long, which is really convinient. It’s advertised as ultra quiet, but it’s not. It makes the normal amount of noise that a small fan usually does. It’s not noisy, but it still produces a good amount of noise and is noticeable. My patients can hear the fan trough the phone during my calls. It's not a con or an inconvenient, it’s normal for a fan. Just shouldn’t be advertised as quiet.
