This product is amazing just plan to stay home when you take itI will order again and again

This product didn’t nor does it work .Tried it the first day that I got it .Took one the first night before bedtime as it stated on the bottle .Next morning nothing stayed at home I didn’t want to go anywhere because of maybe having a mishap .But ,All I got was blowing and a lot of gas .Next day took 2 pills .Again nothing a lot of gas and blowing .This product doesn’t work for me .

This definitely helps cleanse your body in a more natural way. It’s pretty much a laxative. So be prepared to visit the bathroom a lot.

Being the old guy that I am, I elected to open a capsule and only take half of one capsule to try it out. I think that was a pretty good move. I don't think taking the whole capsule would have been a very welcome result. The instructions say for occasional use. I will only use a half capsule for the next occasion that I use it as well. I can say that I believe it is a good product. No bad taste... I did take it in the closed capsule... so I'm not saying it would taste good if not in the capsule... that I don't know. I'm also don't mean to recommend that anyone else just uses half a capsule either. That's just how I did it.

Yup, the ingredients in this are typical of what one would use for such a purpose, and they seem to work as you'd expect. I don't have much experience with this. . . other than literally this time, so I have nothing to compare it to, but others seem to be happy with the formulation and its results. Seems like a good buy

I read the ingredients on these "detox" capsules and as soon as I saw senna, I had a good idea of what to expect. This is a much easier and more pleasant way to take a natural laxative in lieu of rather disgusting herbal teas. Just swallow the capsule, all done. The capsules are a little bit smaller than most fish oil supplements and are smooth and soft.I tested it with a single capsule and am glad I did. About 10 hours after taking it, it kicked in. A lot. For another 8 hours. As long as you have a sense of humor it's doable. Just make sure you have easy access to a toilet and don't have any plans for the rest of the day. This is NOT a product to take and then go to a job interview the next morning.I will try to take it for the full 30 days as I've never done any weight loss or detox teas for more than a week due to the side effects. I have noticed that after about 4-5 days, the result are not so intense, so this may be suitable for a full 30 day detox without requiring that you stay home the entire time.Recommended if you are curious about senna but can't stand the gross taste.

I’m familiar with all the ingredients and that sets my mind at ease knowing what’s going into my body. I’ve used these ingredients before individually. So seeing them put together here drew my attention. Each of us is unique and our experience will be different. That said, it was very gentle for me. I started with one capsule and stayed with it as that’s all I required. I did this for 15 days and am glad I did. I’ll wait awhile and do it again. They provided 30 capsules. So depending on whether you’re going to use one or two, determines how many day supply. I’ll get two cleanses out of this.
